We regret that, due to ongoing COVID-19 crisis, we have found it necessary to self-isolate a number of staff, which means that we are currently working on reduced staffing levels. Currently, we are working on a rota system (office working/homeworking) to enable social distancing in accordance with the government rules. Whilst we are attempting to maintain the highest of service levels, we find it very difficult to process the high numbers of transfers received by telephone. Due to the complex process associated with Corporate Account Share Withdrawals, we have reluctantly made the decision to no longer accept request of transfers/withdrawals via telephone. Starting on Monday April 26, 2021, all transfers/withdrawals from Corporate Accounts should be requested in writing on the appropriate Share Withdrawal form and either posted to us or scanned and sent by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please ensure that the form is signed by both signatories to minimise delays in processing.
Applications received before 4pm on any working day from organisations with existing withdrawal arrangements will be processed by the end of the working day. Where we need to set up new withdrawal arrangements with the banks, applications will take 24 hours to process.
