The Annual General Meeting for 2020, covering the financial year ending September 30, 2019, was held at 7pm on Wednesday, July 15, 2020. As a direct result of the Coronavirus pandemic, the meeting was held virtually for the first time ever, the virtual platform being provided by our trade association, ABCUL. Members attending voted to accept the Minutes of the previous AGM held on April 24, 2019, passed the resolution to re-elect the Auditor, Thomas Westcott, and passed a resolution to elect the member standing for election to the Board of Directors, Lynne Groves. As usual, an AGM booklet was prepared to accompany the meeting. (Printed copies can be obtained on request.)

At present, the online statements of account available through the “Login/Register” tab on the website is not working correctly. This is due to a communications mis-configuration which we hope to rectify early next week (week commencing Monday 8 June 2020). We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
