AGM 2020 Held July 15, 2020

The Annual General Meeting for 2020, covering the financial year ending September 30, 2019, was held at 7pm on Wednesday, July 15, 2020. As a direct result of the Coronavirus pandemic, the meeting was held virtually for the first time ever, the virtual platform being provided by our trade association, ABCUL. Members attending voted to accept the Minutes of the previous AGM held on April 24, 2019, passed the resolution to re-elect the Auditor, Thomas Westcott, and passed a resolution to elect the member standing for election to the Board of Directors, Lynne Groves. As usual, an AGM booklet was prepared to accompany the meeting. (Printed copies can be obtained on request.)

The Annual General Meeting for 2020, covering the financial year ending September 30, 2019, will be held at 7pm on Wednesday, July 15, 2020. All credit union members are cordially invited to attend. As usual, we have prepared an AGM booklet to accompany the meeting which can be found by clicking here.

Due to the Coronavirus pandemic, we are holding this meeting virtually for the first time ever using the ABCUL (our trade association) LogMeIn Webinar facility, available for smartphones (Android and iPhone), PCs and laptops (Windows and Apple). Full details for joining the meeting are available in the AGM booklet.
