The office at Frankfort Gate and Cumberland Street are closed on Good Friday, April 10, 2020 and Bank Holiday Monday, April 13, 2020. All other Service Points remain closed until further notice due to the Coronavirus pandemic.
As a direct result of the Coronavirus pandemic, all Service Points are now closed. The office at Frankfort Gate remains open to personal callers, but we ask that you observe the Social Distancing measures – only one person in the office at any time. The Devonport office is closed to personal callers, but you can make contact by email or phone. For a full round-up of the measures we are taking during this difficult time, see out COVID-19 page.
Following government advice on social distancing, we are further restricting the number of people in the Frankfort Gate Service Point to ONE ONLY AT A TIME. Please bear with us at this difficult time. I’m sure you can appreciate that this is for the benefit of both members and staff. Keep updated with how we are dealing with Coronavirus here.
As an added precaution to ensure the service we offer our customers can continue, the office at Devonport will be closed to personal callers from Thursday, 19 March 2020 until further notice. We are doing this to help protect our key back-office staff who are responsible for the smooth running of the credit union. You can still contact us by phone or email using these contact details or by visiting our Frankfort Gate office which is open to personal callers and where you can also withdraw cash. We apologise for any inconvenience, but we’re sure you will understand how important this small team is in providing the service you depend on.
The Service Point at Ernesettle Community School will be closed on Monday February 17, 2020 for the school holidays. It will re-open as usual on the 24th.
It is with sincere regret that we have to announce the closure of the Ivybridge and Welcome Hall, Devonport, Service Points. Welcome Hall has recently changed ownership and, coupled with the retirement of the Service Point Officer, has led to its closure.

Please note that the Princetown Community Centre service point will be closed on November 20, 2019. It should open as usual on November 27.
The Devonport office in Cumberland Street will be closed every Tuesday from now on in addition to Wednesdays. This is to enable our staff to handle all the many growing demands we have on our services. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. The opening times at our other branches are unchanged, click here for information.
