Service Point and Office Closures

As a direct result of the Coronavirus pandemic, all Service Points are now closed. The office at Frankfort Gate remains open to personal callers, but we ask that you observe the Social Distancing measures – only one person in the office at any time. Following government advice on social distancing, we are further restricting the number of people in the Frankfort Gate Service Point to ONE ONLY AT A TIME. Please bear with us at this difficult time. I’m sure you can appreciate that this is for the benefit of both members and staff. Keep updated with how we are dealing with Coronavirus here.

Devonport Office Closed to Personal Callers

As an added precaution to ensure the service we offer our customers can continue, the office at Devonport will be closed to personal callers from Thursday, 19 March 2020 until further notice. We are doing this to help protect our key back-office staff who are responsible for the smooth running of the credit union. You can still contact us by phone or email using these contact details or by visiting our Frankfort Gate office which is open to personal callers and where you can also withdraw cash. We apologise for any inconvenience, but we’re sure you will understand how important this small team is in providing the service you depend on.
