Our website was down for a considerable period overnight and this morning (Friday 15 May, 2020), but is now back up and working. The problem occurred at our hosting provider. We apologise for any inconvenience this might have caused.

We’ve been listening to feedback from our members with regard to difficulty in locating forms on the website that they use regularly. Apologies to all trying to use this web site or the credit union’s email over the weekend of 7th and 8th of September, 2019 – it was not working for reasons outside our control. It should all be back working again now, but if you have any problems, please contact us and let us know.
City of Plymouth Credit Union Ltd would like to apologise for any disruption of our service due to the departure of our manager on 24th August 2018. We are working to resume our normal service as soon as possible, please advise us if you experience any problems.
